Return, Exchange, Shipping and Privacy Policies

TheMedicalZone is about VALUE! Our goal is simple, focused and unique - Satisfy the Customer!

TheMedicalZone publishes these policies to inform and protect you. We want you to completely understand that we are dedicated to customer service.

All returned items must be returned using the following guidelines:

Medi, Juzo, Jobst, Sigvaris and Prenatal Cradle: These products are returnable in original condition only, within 14 days of delivery date.
Product must be received in unopened boxes. Please inspect the product before opening the factory seal.
Product returned due to gross manufacturing defects will be exchanged only. No credit will be issued. Worn garments must be laundered before returning; garments returned to us unlaundered, in soiled condition, or heavily worn, will be returned to the customer unevaluated, as dictated by Federal Health Statutes.
All orders returned without any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and TheMedicalZone.com is not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return.

If a different size is needed, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received.

Free Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground shipping on orders over $60 shipped within the continental U.S. and Canada. U.S. territories and outlying areas are not subject to free shipping - the cost of shipping will be added as a flat-rate charge of $9.95 per shipment.

Orders less than $60 to be shipped within the continental U.S. are charged accordingly, based on the following shipping methods:

Priority Mail (US orders) $6.95 per order
UPS Ground (US orders) $6.95 per order
FedEx Ground (5-7days) $6.95 per order *
FedEx Second Day $19.95 per order *
FedEx Overnight $33.50 per order *
